Sometimes it is four days somewhere the light moves differently and very little is asked of you. Sometimes it is deeper, more personal work done privately, with someone alongside you for the months afterwards. Sometimes it is a long lunch in a small town and no particular plan for the afternoon.
All three belong to the same idea: where you go, how quickly you move through it and who arranged it change what the time gives back. These are journeys built around that, rather than an itinerary with a spa attached to it.
The continuum
Restore. Transform. Explore.
Not a ladder and not a sequence. A way of asking a more useful question than where to go: what kind of journey would serve you now?
RestoreEclipse
Step out of sustained demand and make room for genuine restoration.
Transform + IntegrateTranscend
Go deeper into personal change, then carry it into ordinary days.
ExploreItaly, Slowly
Find wellbeing through place, pace, food, culture and beauty.
Sometimes you need rest. Sometimes you need change. Sometimes you simply need somewhere new.
The journeys
Three journeys, three different jobs.
A Return to Rhythm
Eclipse
For the point when you are still functioning — but your usual ways of recovering are not quite working anymore.
Four days of space, sensory experience, guided restoration and shared connection, inside the natural rhythms of Saint Lucia.
For the moment when rest is not quite the whole answer.
A deeply personal experience for one person or two, followed by ninety days of integration coaching so what you find there becomes part of life at home.
There is no public departure calendar here, and that is deliberate. Dates are arranged around the people travelling and the expert team, rather than set in advance and then filled.
It makes the planning slower and the timing better. It also means the group you travel with is a group, not a collection of strangers who happened to book the same week — which for a journey built on shared experience is most of the difference.
The Reigate continuum of care
What Tyler does around the journey.
The programme is delivered by the expert team assembled for each experience. Tyler is the travel advisor and Burnout Concierge — the constant either side of it.
Discovery
A conversation about what is prompting this, what you would want to feel different, and which of the journeys — if any — actually fits.
Fit
An honest read on whether this is the right journey at the right moment. Sometimes the answer is bespoke travel instead, and that is a fine answer.
Preparation
Travel, timing, arrival and the practical detail arranged and held in one place, so the days before you go are not spent assembling them.
Return
Someone who knows where you have been and what you went for, still there when you come back.
What is included, and what is not.
Clear enough to know where you stand before a conversation, without turning this into terms and conditions.
Included
Accommodation for the core journey
The programme itself, delivered by the expert team
Programme meals — the shared meals that are part of the journey
Transfers
For Transcend: the 90-day integration coaching programme
Not included
Meals outside the programme
Flights
Excursions and extended-stay arrangements
Extended stays, excursions and additional time in the destination are arranged separately, and Tyler can handle them as part of the same conversation.
Burnout Concierge
One person who knows the whole picture.
Tyler is a travel advisor first. On these journeys she is also the Burnout Concierge — the person who helps you work out which journey fits, arranges the travel around it, and stays reachable before, during and after.
The programme itself is designed and led by the expert team for each experience. Tyler does not deliver it, and this site does not present her as though she does.
These journeys are applied for rather than booked. The friction is deliberate, and it is qualifying rather than administrative — it exists so the wrong journey does not get sold to the right person.
01
Apply
A short application: which journey, who would be coming, roughly when, and what is drawing you to it now.
02
A conversation with Tyler
She reads every application herself. If it looks like a fit, the next step is a conversation rather than a commitment.
03
Assessment
The expert team confirms the journey is appropriate for you before anything is held.
04
Dates confirmed
Once everyone is aligned, a 10% deposit holds your dates, and the balance follows well before you travel.
A 10% deposit holds your dates. There is a three-day grace period, within which it is fully refundable; after that it is not. The balance is due between 30 and 90 days before departure, and the exact date is confirmed in writing when the dates are held. The full payment and cancellation terms are set out in writing before anything is paid.
