You may simply know that something has changed. That the things which used to restore you are not quite doing it any more, and that the gap between how well you are functioning and how you actually feel has been widening for a while.
That is a reasonable place to start from. It does not require a label, and it does not require anything to have gone wrong yet.

What Eclipse is.
Four days in one place, arranged so that the days do the work rather than a schedule. Restoration through the environment, the pacing, what you eat, what you do and who you are with — not through intensity.
The group is small and private, and that is part of the design rather than a constraint. Some of what makes four days like this land is being among people who came for similar reasons and are not performing anything either.
The programme is designed and led by the expert team assembled for the experience. Tyler's part is the fit, the travel and the continuity around it.

The sequence is the point. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is compressed into one intense day in the middle.
Arrive
The first day asks nothing of you.

Restore
The deepest part of the four days, and the least busy.

Turning towards home before you leave, rather than after.

These are examples, not an itinerary. The expert team and the sequencing vary by experience, and the four days are shaped around the group who are actually there.
Saint Lucia
The island is not the backdrop.
Eclipse is built around where it happens. The forest, the water and the volcanic interior are part of what the days do — not scenery photographed on the way past.
Some of the four days are spent out in it. The rest are spent somewhere you can see it from.
Why there is no departure calendar.
Eclipse is not an open cohort you join. Dates are created around a private group and the expert team, rather than published in advance and then filled.
That makes the planning slower and the timing better. It also means you travel with a group rather than with strangers who happened to book the same week — which, for four days built on shared experience, is most of the difference.
An optional extended stay can be arranged either side, for excursions or simply more time in the destination.

What it costs, and what that covers.
From $7,500 CAD per person. That is a starting point rather than a quote — an extended stay, the flights and where you are travelling from all move it.
Dates are arranged once you, Tyler and the expert team all agree the journey fits. A 10% deposit holds your dates. There is a three-day grace period, within which it is fully refundable; after that it is not. The balance is due between 30 and 90 days before departure, and the exact date is confirmed in writing when the dates are held. The full terms are set out in writing before anything is paid.

How it starts.
With an application and a conversation, not a booking. You tell Tyler what has been going on and roughly when you are thinking of; she reads it herself and comes back to you.
If it looks like a fit, the expert team confirms the journey is appropriate before anything is held. The friction is deliberate, and it exists so the wrong journey does not get sold to the right person.

- Do I need to be burned out?
- No, and most people looking at Eclipse would not use that word about themselves. If the way you have been recovering has stopped working, that is reason enough.
- What if I do not want to do everything?
- Then you do not. The days are structured rather than compulsory, and stepping out of something is a normal part of four days like this.
- Can I come on my own?
- Yes. Eclipse is a group experience and most people arrive without knowing anyone there.
- Can I add time either side?
- Yes. An extended stay for excursions or simply more time in the destination can be arranged, and Tyler handles it as part of the same conversation.
- How do the dates work?
- They are arranged around the private group and the expert team rather than published in advance, so the timing is part of the conversation rather than a list you choose from.
Is Eclipse the right one?
That is what the conversation is for. Describe what has been going on and Tyler will tell you honestly — sometimes the answer is Transcend, and sometimes it is a fortnight somewhere with nobody's programme at all.
