Transcend — From Stress to Self

A deeply personal experience for one person or two, for when rest is not quite the whole answer — followed by ninety days of coaching that carry it into ordinary life.

  • Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
  • 3 days individual · 5 days two-person
  • Private dates
  • From $15,000 CAD per person
  • Optional extended stay

When rest is not quite the whole answer.

There is a point where more sleep, more time off and a better week stop resolving it — because what is tiring is not only the pace. It is the pattern underneath the pace, and a holiday does not touch that.

Transcend is built for that point. It is more personal, more private and more demanding than Eclipse, and it is deliberately not for everyone.

  • You have already tried resting, and it worked for about a fortnight.
  • You can describe the problem clearly and have still not been able to change it.
  • You would much rather do this privately than in a group.
  • You want to understand what is driving it, not only recover from it.
  • You know that whatever you work out will have to survive going home.

How Transcend is different.

Eclipse is restoration. Transcend is change, and then the work of keeping it. Those are different jobs, and the second one takes longer than a week.

The days on site are one person or two, with the expert team's full attention rather than a group programme. What that buys is depth and privacy — not luxury, and not length.

And the stay is one phase of the engagement rather than the whole of it. Ninety days of integration coaching follow you home, which is where a change either becomes how you live or quietly does not.

The framework

Awareness. Release. Renew. Integrate.

Four phases — three of them on site, and the fourth across the ninety days that follow.

  1. Awareness

Understanding what is actually driving it.

    • One-to-one sessions with the expert team
    • Mapping where your energy genuinely goes
    • Naming what you value now, rather than what you used to
  2. Release

Setting down what you have been carrying.

    • Guided work with the expert team, at your pace
    • Private, unhurried, and never on a clock
    • Time afterwards with nothing scheduled in it
  3. Renew

What you want instead, stated plainly.

    • Redefining what matters, and in what order
    • What you want the next year to actually feel like
    • The practical shape of that, not the aspiration
  4. Integrate

Ninety days at home, which is where it counts.

    • Regular coaching sessions after you return
    • Rebuilding the everyday rhythms first
    • Adjusting as real life pushes back, because it will

The sequence is fixed; what happens inside each phase is shaped around you, and varies with the expert team assembled for your experience.

Puerto Vallarta

Somewhere that lets you be private.

Between the Sierra Madre and the Pacific, with light that makes the days feel longer than they are. What matters here is less the sights and more that it is genuinely possible to be unobserved.

The residences are chosen for exactly that — quiet, contained, and calm enough to do this kind of work in. An optional extended stay either side can be arranged if you would like to see more of the coast.

One person, or two.

Three days for one person; five for two, because two people take more time. The second format is not a couples retreat and this site will not call it one — it is the same personal work, done by two people in the same place at the same time.

Who the second person is is up to you: a partner, a sibling, a friend, a business partner. What it is not is a programme about the relationship between you, unless that is specifically what you arrange with Tyler and the expert team beforehand.

Beyond the stay

Ninety days, at home.

This is not aftercare and it is not an add-on. It is the half of Transcend that decides whether the other half lasts, and it is the clearest reason the investment is what it is.

  1. Month one

    Foundations

Rebuilding the ordinary rhythms first — sleep, energy, and where the hours actually go. Nothing ambitious, on purpose.

  2. Month two

    Direction

What you want the year to look like, and the decisions that follow from that. This is usually the month where things start to change visibly.

  3. Month three

    Practice

Making it ordinary. Working with your own strengths rather than against them, and adjusting as real life pushes back.

Coaching is delivered by the expert team, scheduled around you, and included in the investment rather than sold separately.

Who does what

Three parts, clearly divided.

Worth knowing which part is whose before you apply.

Tyler: whether this is the right journey at all, the travel arranged around it, and the continuity before and after.

What it costs, and why it is more.

From $15,000 CAD per person. Transcend costs roughly twice what Eclipse does, and the reason is not that it is longer or more luxurious — measured in days on site, the two are barely different.

It is more because the attention is one-to-one rather than shared, because the work on site goes further, and because the engagement continues for ninety days after you fly home. Compared on duration alone, the number will not make sense.

Dates are arranged once you, Tyler and the expert team agree the journey fits. A 10% deposit holds your dates. There is a three-day grace period, within which it is fully refundable; after that it is not. The balance is due between 30 and 90 days before departure, and the exact date is confirmed in writing when the dates are held. The full terms are set out in writing before anything is paid.

Included

How it starts.

With an application and a conversation, not a booking. You tell Tyler what has been going on and roughly when; she reads it herself and comes back to you.

If it looks like a fit, the expert team confirms the journey is appropriate before anything is held. For an engagement this personal, that step matters more than it would for a week away.

Transcend is a travel experience. It is not medical, clinical or therapeutic care, it does not diagnose or treat any condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional. If you are under care for a health condition, speak with your own clinician before you apply.

Before you apply.

Is this a couples retreat?
No, and calling it one would misdescribe it. Two people can do this together, in the same place at the same time, but the work is each person's own. If you want something about your relationship specifically, say so and Tyler will tell you whether it can be arranged.
What if I cannot commit to the ninety days?
Then Transcend is probably the wrong journey, and it is much better to know that now. The integration is not an extra — it is half of what you would be paying for.
Do I need to have done anything like this before?
Most people have not. Nothing here assumes prior experience, and none of it is a test.
How private is it, really?
There is no group, no cohort and no shared programme. The days are yours and the expert team's.
Can I bring someone as a companion rather than a participant?
That is a different arrangement to the two-person format, where both people are doing the work. Tyler can look at it with you.

Is Transcend the right one?

It is a significant commitment, and it is not the right answer for everyone who is tired. Describe what has been going on and Tyler will tell you honestly — including if the answer is Eclipse, or bespoke travel, or not yet.
